Answered Prayers of Red Kay

Just a quick note to let you all know about a new book my dad and I (Dan Kelley formerly of Brainerd now of Sioux Falls) just published January 23rd. It's called, Answered Prayers of Red Kay. ("Red" was a nickname of my dad's because of his red hair, when he actually had hair

. And I'll bet you already got the "Kay" part.)

This book is actually a collection of 21 true stories from both my dad's and from my past. They are not just stories of how God has miraculously answered our specific prayers though, but also there are a few showing how He took care of us when we didn't even know that we needed to be taken care of, or how He specifically guided us.

Obviously this is not a complete list of how God has been working in our lives, but I think you will get the point. It was written so that you and others will be encouraged in your own walk with the Lord and to encourage you to keep a list of how God has answered your own prayers.

Some of you may even find yourself in one or more of these stories. (I can think of at least two people from my recent past who will be getting this email that are in more than one of my own stories. Though I do not use anyone's name if you are one of the ones in my stories I hope you read and remember. I hope you can see how God has used you for His glory.) But whether or not you are in this specific book it is our desire that you ALL will be blessed by what you read. God is a VERY faithful Friend, and we can trust Him totally with every part of our lives, even with the "little" stuff. This book was written to illustrate just how true this statement is.
